Imperial Medical Technologies, Inc™. (“IMT™”) is a Nevada “C” corporation registered to do business in Georgia, with its corporate headquarters and manufacturing plant located at 30 Curtis Court Suite 300, Cartersville, Georgia 30120 U.S.A.

The Company is authorized to develop, manufacture, test, distribute and sell Ophthalmic products associated with the multi-billion dollar cataract and refractive surgery market.
IMT reopened Imperial Medical Technologies Europe GmbH in Unna, Germany in order to capitalize on the lengthy registration approvals and contracts with distributors in Korea, Russia and Argentina, each worth more than one million dollars in gross revenues.
Both, Imperial Medical Technologies, Inc. and Imperial Medical Technologies Europe, GmbH, are ISO13485 Certified, EN46001 Certified and have a CE Certification allowing them to freely sell in Europe under CE0481.
IMT also manufactures all of its medical devices under USFDA-GMP (United States Food and Drug Administration, Good Manufacturing Practices) and is fully certified and validated to perform EO (gas) and Steam (heat) sterilization of medical devices.
The Company manufactures and sells implantable medical devices, primarily intraocular lenses, under the brand names: Imperial Medical, Imperial Medical Technologies Europe, Universal Star Medical, Visionflex, Albomed, P.M.S., Medicalens, PMS and Ophcon internationally.
IMT's premiere product line (PRESBIOPTICx™ and DIFFRACx™) offers the world's first progressive multifocal intraocular lens.
Other implantable devices include KERATACx™, KERATACx Plus™ and KERATACx SP™ intra-stromal inlays for the correction of high myopia and Keratoconus and Capsular Tension Rings, for capsular bag support, under the trade name “CTR™.”
The Company additionally sells ophthalmic support products such as viscoelastic agents, a medical device that is a clear, thick liquid put into the eye during the surgical procedure to protect the underside of the Cornea. Getting the lens into the eye is also a concern and IMT sells its injectors, tips and cartridges made from the Compay’s own molds. They are sold under the names; IOVISC™, IOVISC Plus™, IOLON™, Starvisc™and Starlon™ and the injectors, tips and cartridges under the name INJECx™ and INJECx Plus™.

Certifications and Approvals
Imperial Medical Technologies Inc. is fully approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) to manufacture all of its ophthalmic products. It also maintains full CE Certification (CE 0481) and it manufactures under the most stringent ISO 13485 Medical Quality System and guidelines.
Having fulfilled those guidelines, passed the required inspections and completed its validations. The Company is authorized under MDD93/42/EEC Annex II and Annex V to design, develop, manufacture and distribute medical devices throughout Europe and to most developed countries in the world.
