Preston Wilson, Ph.D. Chief Executive Officer, brings over two decades of executive-level, early stage company experience to IMT. As an entrepreneur in both the healthcare and technology sectors, he co-founded two companies, serving as president and CEO. As a key executive in these organizations, he spearheaded the raising of private capital, leading to the successful public offering of one of his companies, QualMark Corporation. One year following the IPO, QualMark was named by Deloitte Touche as one of the twenty five fastest growing technology companies based in Colorado.

He is a veteran organizer of fast growth enterprises, not only as a strategist but also as a highly successful team builder and implementer of business plans. Preston holds Masters and Doctorate degrees from Pepperdine University and Claremont Graduate University.

Kevin Dean, B.A./ M.B.A. Candidate - Chief Operating Officer, has more than twenty nine (29) years experience as Executive V.P., C.O.O. or President with twenty two (22) years with ophthalmic manufacturing companies within the U.S. and International arenas. He also has more than twelve (12) years as an international consultant developing, initiating, monitoring and evaluating companies, projects and programs internationally with 44 trips around the world. Kevin is a co founder of IMT and has numerous inventions, proprietary processes and technology patents pending ready in the field of ophthalmology. His belief in his motto, “The impossible just takes a little longer…” has helped put IMT in the forefront of IOL technology.

Dawn M. Miller, B.A. - V.P. Sales & Marketing, Secretary / Treasurer has over twenty two years in Executive Sales Management as Executive V.P., V.P. Sales & Marketing with sixteen years in the International Ophthalmic arena. Extensive experience and expertise in distribution networking, contract negotiations, market diagnosis and evaluation. Additionally she has successfully developed and managed U.S. Sales forces in Ophthalmology and Orthopedics. She has served on the Board of Directors of four companies, three Ophthalmic of which two were as the Secretary/Treasurer. She is a founder of Imperial Medical Inc. and Co-founder of Imperial Medical Technologies, Inc.

John N. Henson, B.S. - Chief Information Officer, joined Imperial Medical Technologies (IMT) in October of 2009 to enhance and expand their IT infrastructure to an international level. Mr. Henson brings over 20 years of IT Leadership and Solution Design experience to IMT from various industries, including Telecom, Technology, Retail, Finance, Non-Profit and Manufacturing. Mr. Henson has worked for companies such as CSG Systems, US West, TCI, and Walmart. Mr. Henson graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, in addition to a number of IT and Financial Certifications.

Danny F. Lincoln, VP Engineering - has more than 25 years experience in optical systems and engineering involving product development from concept to final production. Was employed at Marconi GEC for 14 years in the Research Group where he was involved in many projects, including the Rangefinder for the M1 Tank, Laser Guided Missile systems, Thermal Imaging systems, and and Production Engineering. Has held top level clearances with the US Military and Marconi. His work at SpectRx and Medex provided experience in ISO and FDA regulations, as well as Clinical Trials of medical devices.cHe also has many years of engineering experience in micro-optics and spectroscopy, relating to both military and FDA approved medical devices.
